Terms of Use

Party Squad is provided for casual browser-based entertainment. You are responsible for your device, connection, room code sharing, player name, answers, votes, guesses, ratings, and other activity in rooms you create or join.

You must not use Party Squad for unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, deceptive, infringing, or disruptive activity. You must not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service or other players.

Games may include user-entered names, answers, clues, ratings, votes, guesses, chat-like reactions, and other room content. You are responsible for what you submit and for making sure you have the rights and consent needed to share it.

Party Squad is not responsible for user-generated content, player behavior, disputes between players, room outcomes, jokes, answers, guesses, ratings, or decisions made by hosts or participants.

Party Squad games are not gambling, betting, financial advice, legal advice, medical advice, professional advice, or a contest with guaranteed prizes unless a separate written promotion says otherwise.

Scores, rankings, results, timers, and game outcomes are for entertainment only. Do not rely on Party Squad for decisions that could affect money, health, safety, legal rights, employment, or other serious matters.

Some features may work as a guest, and some may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account and room codes secure. If you let someone into a room, you are responsible for that choice.

We may limit, suspend, remove, reset, or refuse rooms, accounts, content, scores, XP, or access if needed to protect the service, enforce these terms, respond to abuse, or comply with law.

Party Squad is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features, games, packs, rooms, subdomains, scores, XP, storage, and availability may change, fail, be delayed, or be removed at any time.

We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free gameplay, permanent storage, specific results, compatibility with every device, or that every room will work exactly as expected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Party Squad and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, lost goodwill, service interruptions, player conduct, user content, or room outcomes.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Some locations do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these terms as Party Squad changes. The updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to visit, create rooms, join rooms, or play after an update means you accept the updated terms.
